Kirk's career began in sales and marketing where he quickly became Vice President of Impulse Communications, Inc. After successfully helping the company to create and sell an internet computer certificate to hundreds of automotive dealers throughout the US and Canada, Kirk changed career paths and became President of 911 Protect, LLC and America's RX Plus, LLC the
global leader in emergency notification and medical document storage. Kirk went on to start Digital Alliance Group, LLC. A successful digital signage network company focused on the needs within the retail, government, restaurant and healthcare industries.

Seeing a need and realizing the mass power of mobile marketing and understanding the landscape and timing of this market place, Mobilesoft has become a natural fit for Kirk’s diverse communication and marketing background, where he brings a wealth of experience, contacts, clients and day-to-day operational know-how to the Mobilesoft team.

JR began his career in sales, learning quickly the path to success is by building strategic relationships with clients and complimentary business partners. A sales motivation expert and top operations project manager; JR quickly climbed the ladder to become Vice President of Sales for a full service packaging company, where he built a reputation for reliability.

In 1999, JR became a partner in America's RX Plus, LLC, where he excelled in the marketing and selling of their health discount card, which is now accepted in over 70,000 locations nationwide. Taking his knowledge of sales, marketing and operations, JR Co-Founded Digital Alliance Group., a digital signage company focused on the needs within the retail, government, and restaurant and healthcare industries.

As Vice President of Business Development for Mobilesoft, JR's focus is on managing all aspects of business development, marketing, and client relations.
